 Pre-order Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 10 business days for all PRE-ORDERS to process. Please note, business days does not include weekends or holidays. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays).  Order processing begins once ID Verification is completed. ID Verification must be completed within 48-72 hours, if not completed order will be cancelled and refunded. 

 

  Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping takes between 2-3 business days

 

REGULAR ORDERS

ORDERS OUTSIDE OR PRE-ORDERS ALL SHIPPING TAKES 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS. 

 

After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

  

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
