All Hair Bundle Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales of hair bundles are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any hair bundle purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, if you receive an incorrect or visibly defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.
